New Grohe 15,000 m2 production facility located in Glang, Rayong province. Challenge is to provide visual and thermal comfort for its non-air conditioning space. The architect decided to provide a garden inside the manufacture for a pleasant atmosphere for workers. Features included high efficient water-cooled cold water
Chiller, VSD Pumps, LED Lighting, 1 MWp PV system for self-consumption and energy monitoring system.  The daylight process included optimization among visual performance/perception, heat gain, cost, and maintenance.
