Guilderland Public Library
1999
Guilderland public library in Albany, New York is designed to mainly accommodate the reading activity. The skylight is located in the center of the space and there is a problem with unwanted heat and glare. The goal was to provide enough light level as well as a pleasant atmosphere without allowing too large patches of direct sunlight.
